Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

At Lya Vinyl, we ship everywhere within the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $19 qualify for free shipping, while orders to these locations will have a $10 shipping fee. For some of our products, we also offer shipping to the UK, France, and Germany for a standard $10 shipping fee.

SHIPPING COST AND TIME:

Standard shipping is free for domestic orders over $19. Orders under $19 will have a $5 shipping fee. For most locations within the US, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days.

ORDER STATUS:

You'll receive several emails throughout the order process. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation, followed by an email when your product is ready to ship. Once the product is shipped, you'll receive a third email with the tracking number. Finally, when your order has arrived, you'll receive an email confirming delivery.

P.O. BOXES:

We support shipping to P.O. boxes for small products like vinyl tools, but some of our products are too large to ship to P.O. boxes.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS:

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email vipsupport@lyavinyl.com as soon as possible.

CARRIES:

We collaborate with FedEx, USPS, and UPS to ship orders, and the carrier used will depend on your location.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to vipsupport@lyavinyl.com as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards. PayPal is also available.

LOST PACKAGES:

Please note that once we deliver your package to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you. If your package gets lost, please reach out to us at vipsupport@lyavinyl.com for assistance.
